- After 20 years in the business, we have experience on “value added” remodeling, should you sell your home the day after renovation.
- The Cool Company also prepares homes to sell. What can be done to make a property marketable? What is the immediate return on investment?
- Our company strives to build as “green” as possible. We are intent on conservation of materials, energy and our client’s budget. These principles go hand in hand. This is a complicated concept, which we are prepared to explore in detail.
- Financing: We have relationships in banking and mortgage lending to help fund that remodel.
- The Cool family has been residents of Colorado Springs since the late 1800’s. We have a sense of community and loyalty to our clients. We are “not going anywhere”. You can be assured we will address your home issues even beyond the warranty. Our goal is to have our clients become our friends (many of which are).
