The Cool Company was founded in 1988 with the mission to customize homes to meet the needs and dreams of the owners.

Many of the company's initial clients were institutions burdened with inventories of repossessed homes. The banks' goals were to prepare these distressed properties for a quick and profitable sale.

Rob and Lynn built teams of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, drywall and painting specialists to refurbish these properties in a timely and cost effective manner.

From this humble beginning, the company gained a reputation for maximum value for dollars spent, honest, reliable workmen and jobs completed on time.

The last five years have provided opportunities for major remodeling projects, some over $400,000 on private residences. Yet the company's goal has remained the same: to end every project with satisfied customers who are thrilled with their newly remodeled home.

Within our company, we have a skilled carpenter/draftsman who can create drawings combining design options that are structurally applicable. While “drawing” he is “building on paper” saving time during actual construction.
